Family Vacation

It may be unusual to go on a family vacation so soon after delivery but at five weeks we (Khalil and I) took off to Tennessee. Doug didn't go. It was a Saxton Family Trip. Everyone was in attendance, including Ashley, Avion, and Aysia, except Doug. He wanted to stay home and work since he has recently taken off an entire week for the delivery. The entire trip was centered around a resort called Wilderness in the Smokies. It's a resort with a water park on site. Of course Khalil was too small to get in the water so he stayed in the room. My parents and I rotated keeping him. Of course the few hours my Dad kept him he gave him the fits and my Grandmother ended up taking over. My mom was originally keeping him but she went downstairs to paint pottery, and Dad got left with the job. We, mom and I, both apologized to Khalil for leaving him under such conditions. LOL. However, the trip was fun and I wish Doug could have gone with us. This trip was especially important because Khalil met Tiffani for the first time. I, on the other hand, had a hard time deciding on a swimsuit. I'm wearing that in between size and had great debate about maternity or non-maternity. I ended up wearing maternity because I'd rather be covered than to hang out. :-)
Aunt Tiffani stopped by the UT bookstore to purchase this onesie. Go Vols! Daddy doesn't like it.

Khalil spent most of his time sleeping in the room.
